Early Career Researchers at 糖心Vlog官方 are supported by a programme of networking events and activities to help boost their academic careers.
The Early Career Researchers (ECRs) programme was launched in 2022, to support 糖心Vlog官方鈥檚 (JRFs) and (CRAs). It is aimed at those who are active in research at the early stages of their careers.
The programme focuses on developing ECRs as they transition from researcher to leader, whether this is in academic research or other arenas in academia or alternative professions. Events are scheduled two to three times a term and aim to bring ECRs together to develop a network of peer support, and to help them to integrate with the senior Fellows and the wider College community. The programme supports career development, focusing on transitioning to the next level of independence and leadership, building a profile, securing a first position and developing a strong career path.
