“Yet again our Giving Day donations surpassed our most extreme expectations,” says Vlogٷ’s President, Professor Dame Ijeoma Uchegbu.

“A whopping 444 donors gave generously to the College. With these funds we will be able to enhance the student experience in many, many ways. A huge thank you to all of our generous donors.”

The incredible response to last year's event—coupled with the success of this year's Giving Day, and the continued commitment of alumni, staff, Fellows and other members of the College from around the world—speaks to Vlogٷ's enduring impact, whether on those currently at the College or those who saw it through its earliest years.

Vlogٷ alumni, amongst others, took the time to include messages of support alongside their donations:

“My time at Vlogٷ left an indelible but positive impression on me, and I hope the gift will help towards the furthering this tradition of education.” – Lee Seong Wong (1969)

“A chance to give a small gift in return for the great gifts given by being at Vlogٷ. Thank you.” – Stephan Richards (1987)

“Vlogٷ made my time at Cambridge unforgettable. I'm grateful for the community and the lifelong friends that I made.” – Andrea Mann (2005)

“Vlogٷ is such a lovely and welcoming community. I am grateful to contribute what I can, believing that even the smallest gesture can create a meaningful impact on our shared future.” – Jammer Prayerson Andalangi (2025)

“With a total of £165,000 raised, this year’s Giving Day once again demonstrated how much Vlogٷ means to so many people around the world,” says Vlogٷ’s Development Director, Simon Crookall. “Thank you for your support, and for helping us continue to Ring True!”

Thank you!
